  this was actually a bootleg picture disc released in the uk sometime in 1981 and is an almost exact copy of the official japan 81 promo pic disc, what makes the boot different is the rim around the lp is black, the official japanese one has a bit of a silver rim. that is how to tell, i have had both for over 30 years now.....................
