The Yashica 44 LM is a twin-lens reflex (TLR) camera that is basically a copy of the Baby Rolleiflex. 
It uses 127 size film to shoot 44mm x 44mm square format photos. 
The LM added a selenium Light Meter to the Yashica 44.
