Fairport Live Convention is a 1974 live album by British folk rock band Fairport Convention originally released in 1974 by Island Records. It was recorded live at the Sydney Opera House, the London Rainbow and the Fairfield Halls, Croydon by John Wood and mixed down at Sound Techniques, London. It was produced by Trevor Lucas & John Wood.

The original UK LP issue included an inner sleeve photograph of the band posing on the steps of the Sydney Opera House.

With not that many recordings available from her short but impressive career, every Sandy Denny recording is historically important. This is the only available live album from her days with the Fairport Convention. These recordings come from December 1973 and January 1974. Sandy Denny had just rejoined the band which by now included husband Trevor Lucas, Fotheringay colleague Jerry Donahue, long time Fairport bassist Dave Pegg and Sandy's former Fairport colleagues Dave Mattacks and Dave Swarbick.
