Attention, cult! The He-Man TV series is based on a series of action figures from Mattel. Mattel responded to the incredible success of the Star Wars characters with this series. In order for the audience to grow even larger than those of Star Wars, they created a combination of science fiction, fantasy, action and army, so the target audience was much wider. The concept worked, the figures achieved record sales figures and a cartoon series was produced very soon, which was launched in 1983. 130 episodes were produced until the series was discontinued in 1986. The hero of the series is Prince Adam, the son of King Randor, who is also the regent of the planet Eternia. Prince Adam receives a magic sword from the sorceress and guardian of Grayskull Castle, which he can use to transform into He-Man. Simultaneously with this transformation, his tame tiger will also become a raging beast of Battle Cat. To start the transformation, Prince Adam must stretch the sword to heaven and shout: „ By the power of Grayskull, I have the power! ”. Except for a small crowd of Ascended, no one knows about Prince Adam's double life and superpowers when he is He-Man. He-Man is a classic series about the eternal battle between good and evil, which is about the nasty skeletor, which, together with his Evil Warriors, wants to get to the collar of the good.
