Tony RIVERYMAN is a young professional guitar player, coming from Scandinavia. Although he studied music in a pop-jazz academy, has played in a heavy-metal band, and still plays in a dance band in his home Finland, what we're talking here is definitely symphonic Progressive rock music ! "Magic World" (Musea, 2009) is influenced by the likes of YES, PINK FLOYD, GENESIS or SPOCK'S BEARD. Here are eight songs, and most of them are around ten or fifteen minutes-long. You'll find here all that symphonic music lovers appreciate: bombastic keyboards, grandiose atmospheres, fiery guitar soli, dynamic drumming and complex musical structures, played with enthusiasm. A special mention to the guitar work, as it can easily be heard that there's a guitar virtuoso in here, sometimes in a Steve HOWE manner. A really magic musical world !

Tony Riveryman bio:
I'm an 30-years old musician/player. I play guitar for my living. I have played guitar from the year 1992. I play also some other instruments and i compose songs and i'm singing too. I play many different styles of music. I have studied also music in the Pop/Jazz academy in the Kauhajoki in Finland & lot of myself too. I play progressive rock and I have this band project which is called "Riveryman", which is progressive rock band. I have played progressive rock and I have also composed progressive rock songs & wroted lyrics to my progressive rock songs from the year 1997. When I was younger I played also black/dark metal in the Finnish dark metal band Throes Of Dawn. I was the leadguitarist of that band. I have played in 3 first albums of that band & I have also composed some of the songs in those 3 albums, which are: "Pakkasherra", "Dreams Of The Black Earth" and "Binding Of The Spirit"(Those are the album names). I'm playing also finnish dance music. I play guitar in finnish dance band which is a trio and we are playing gigs with that band all over the Finland. I have studied pop/jazz & classical music and pop/jazz theory. I have also played classical guitar music and mostly these days i'm playing more progressive rock with elements from the fusion rock/jazz, A.O.R rock and also elements from the classical & gospel music and finnish dance music.
